Over the last fifteen years, our team of chefs shared their knowledge to understand the routes of traditional and seasonal 'unami' japanese cookings, reflecting the needs of our chefs' ability to cook every dicipline of style and cooking methods. This ensures the authentic tastes are true to the heart of Tokyo. Without the need to goto a sushi bar to eat sushi, tempura bar to eat tempura, or ramen bar to eat.....well, in case you did not know, we use all our fresh fish bones from our sushi bar to boil our amazing creamy fish stock, so next time try our salmon ramen and enjoy, thus allowing you to enjoy, whole 'Japan' under one roof.

We also worked hard with the chefs to create inspirational modern styles of Japanese cookings. Each Hi sushi not only different in menu, but style, decor varies as well.

Location

Hi sushi salsa is located on the canal side junction to Camden High Street. From the Camden Town Station approach, walk North bound up Camden High Street towards Camden Lock, keep on the left side and turn off left before crossing the canal bridge by the water canal. We are right behind Starbuck.
